Homeowner's Association Organization

The Southwind Community Association works to protect property values and enable the subdivision to grow into a close knit community. Protecting the property investment of all members of the association is a priority for the Board of Directors. In addition, the association provides venues for families to interact with other families.  There are numerous opportunities within the association for all members to take part in the process and procedures for keeping the momentum of the association moving forward.

 

The Board of Directors for the Southwind Community Association consists of seven members who are residents within the Southwind community. Spectrum Association Management has been hired to administer the Southwind Community Association. Spectrum manages day-to-day community oversight, bookkeeping, and serves as a liaison to the Board.
