1. All lawns must be watered, mowed, trimmed, and maintained in a neat, attractive, and well-landscaped condition, free from weeds.

 

2. Repairs made to existing fences must match the entire fence visible from the street.

 

3. Trash must not be visible from the street except for the day of pickup. Trash taken to the curb prior to the day of pickup is prohibited. This holds true for recycling containers as well.

 

4. Parking on the street is prohibited. No boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, or inoperable vehicles are NOT to be parked in driveways, in the street, or any other areas visible from the street or adjacent properties.

 

5. Basketball goals, jungle gyms, swing sets, bicycles, other sporting equipment, lawn mowers, and trash or recycling cans must be stored in areas not visible from the street.

 

6. All exterior modifications, including landscaping, must be submitted to, and approved by, the Design Review Committee.

 

7. All yard sales, garage sales, moving sales, rummage sales, estate sales or similar sales are prohibited, except on designated community garage sale dates.

 

8. Swimming, wading, or use of watercraft on any pond within the community is prohibited. Fishing is for residents only and is catch and release.

 

9. Noise from music or pets which is audible to occupants of other properties in the community is prohibited.

 

10. Only residents and guests may enter the swimming pool area. Guests are to be limited to 4 guests per household.
