Email Blast from Classic Property Management on Pool

Dear Residents of Southwind Community Association,

Over the last several weeks, we have received a number of complaints about inappropriate behavior at the pool. The Board is currently exploring different options, including a pool monitoring service, but each of these represents an expense to the community that can cost more in your annual assessment. The easiest way to avoid this expense is to review the pool rules with every member of your family so that they understand what is expected of them and their guests when they visit an amenity.

Please see a copy of the pool rules attached. Also, it’s important that each resident also share these rules with any guest they may bring to the pool area. (Pool rules located in Documents section on our website).
