More Information on Southwind Meadows

This is the latest information received from Lennar concerning the Southwind Meadows development. A sound screening wall will be constructed along Hwy. 360 along the Southwind side of the highway. The walkway between the walking trails and the front pond was partially removed because it resided on lots that are part of Southwind Meadows. The walkway will be re-connected during the custom home development (Phase 3) around the front pond. The links listed below are the landscape plans showing where trees and plants will be placed in Southwind Meadows by Lennar. We are still waiting for more information concerning dedicated turning lanes off Hwy. 360 and Lennar is also considering our request to to be notified in advance of any Southwind Dr. road closures.
